Zurich CH-145 is a family house intended to achieve an architecturally designed space that allows its inhabitants the freedom to express their own particular lifestyle. Orthogonal, cubist forms are used by the architect to create this building’s exterior and interior structure.
 
The intention when designing this house was to create a workable layout and a contemporary look that would allow the building to suit both urban and rural settings.  It is built of components that are simple to manufacture and erect.
 
Zurich CH-145 has a simple, functional layout.  The ground and first floor are linked physically and visually by a gallery. Large light and view enhancing windows are a feature of this property. 
 
+ On the ground floor, an entrance hall provides access to the staircase, the open plan kitchen/dining/living area, a separate room suitable as a study or playroom, and a small visitors’ WC.
 
+ On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a family-sized bathroom.
