Mountainous locations have become increasingly desirable locations, even during the summertime, and as a result of this our Zermatt 100 house has become ever more in demand.
 
The ground floor layout features a large open-plan lounge and kitchen, while upstairs there are two bedrooms on the first floor and one on the second floor. The boiler room and water tank are located in the basement.
 
This wooden eco-home is built using high quality, sustainable materials and has good insulation properties. The Zermatt 100 shown in the photographs is located on Vlasic Mountain and has become very popular in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
 
+ The entrance hall provides access to the living room and a small downstairs bathroom located near the entrance.
 
+ The ground floor is an open plan living area, although the dining and kitchen areas are located in discrete zones in relation to the living space.
 
+ From the hall is the stairway leading to the three bedrooms and large bathroom.
 
+ On the first floor are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.  The third bedroom is under the roof space.
