Sion VO-120 was designed to serve a specific purpose in mind, that is, to replace existing outbuildings and keep the exterior looks of those outbuildings to comply with planning regulations in green belt or ONB zones.
 
The house has since become a popular option for permanent residential and holiday purposes. The exterior and interior design is inspired by modernist, straight lines and Scandinavian simplicity as well as by the natural environment.
