Sion TH-99 is formed of two sections which interact to form the building’s T-shape layout.
 
One of the sections is accentuated by greater height, clearly visible when looking at the building’s exterior. Thanks to a greater wall height and its spaciousness this part of the building gets the most daylight and is a  comfortable area.
 
+ The front door opens into an entrance hallway, incorporating a visitors’ WC.
 
+ The entrance hall has a door to the bedroom section of the house.
 
+ For tranquility, the bedrooms and main bathroom are located in this separate area of the building.
 
+ The entrance hall also has a door to the main living section of the house which incorporates the kitchen, dining and living areas with a central fireplace as a focal point.
