Sion SH-116 is one of our low-energy houses and has a power consumption of only 51 kWh / m² per year. The best possible kind of thermal insulation is used in the outer walls for our low energy and passive houses. The windows have excellent thermal transmission properties, Uw 0.9 to 0.8 W / m² K.
